Terrible quality

The blower motor for this range hood started squeeking just after the warranty period ended. Within a month the motor had completely seized. Many others seem to reporting the same problem which suggests a quality issue. Now that the unit is installed replacing with a different range hood will be quite difficult and expensive. Instead I™€™m left purchasing another motor for $300 that I know will fail in 14mo. Not a great outcome.

We purchased this hood from big box store. The delivery was very smooth. The hood has 3 fan settings and 2 light brightness to choose from. The 380 cfm fan is strong enough to suck out the air. The smallest fan speed also very quiet. We replaced the lights with led gu10 bulbs for energy saving and better light color. The installation was very straight forward. Overall we are very satisfied with this purchase.
