I have to replace one of the burners and figure out why the "Hot Cooktop" light won't turn off after owning the stove for only 3 years. When ordering the part online I read many reviews reporting the same time frame (2-3 years) for burner failure! Prior to this issue I would have given it a 5-star rating, it cooks really well and the features are exactly what I wanted. These issues though have really soured me because they're so basic unlike the convection or air fry functions. For it to fail so soon makes me wonder about what to expect down the line. For reference, my last stove worked wonderfully for over 15 years!

Storage Drawer

This particular model has a storage drawer does not allow to be removed. We only found this out three years after purchase when wanting to clean underneath the stove. Also, be careful not to store any pot or pan with a long handle such as a skillet. It can become stuck which will not allow you to even pull out the storage drawer!

You have to set up the app in order to get the clock to work and not just blink all the time. I™€™ve already spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get this app to work, and it™€™s asking me for a module and a password, and those are nowhere on This piece of equipment. It says I should look at my owners manual. Who the heck keeps that? Very frustrated.

Not a good product no wonder it is on sale with with big rebates. Just 3 years after having the product the main elements stopped working cost 700 bucks to fix it. I could have gone to court would have won easily but prefered to have it fixed. Scrathes easily. Controls are easy to use. Despite what they say I did not find that the 2 burners act as one. The "triple burner" is useful. Oven works well. Product is not of quality. Many of the "features" are not useful. Will never buy GE again.

It™€™s been more than two years since we bought it and had no issues whatsoever with it. The cooktop still looks like new, it did not scratch at all even with our fairly intense and daily cooking. Recently I set up the wifi connection and it works flawlessly. I bake sourdough bread and it works great! Might not be the fanciest on the market but at least so far it proved its work horse status.

We've had this range for a little over a year. The layout is perfect for cooking large meals or small ones when needed. The no preheat air fry system is great for making fries and other 'fried' foods without the extra oil. Since it's a true convection oven you can make more than one tray of cookies at a time or roast several trays of veggies. Having the WIFI connect is very handy when needing to start the oven on your way home in order to make dinner prep faster.

Thought this would be a great refrigerator, but I was wrong. Freezer door makes loud noise when opening. Top drawer in freezer has never been easy to pull forward. Water constantly drips from front water/ice dispenser. Now after two years the freezer has stopped working and so has the ice maker. Lowe's service plan is a joke so don't purchase it either.

I bought this oven to replace my old GE oven. I love the different cooking controls (air fry, etc) but that's it. The cooktop scratches easily and is very difficult to keep clean. My old oven just seemed to be better built. I also have a GE Profile - Fridge, Microwave and Dishwasher. Not sure I will buy any more GE Profile products I've have way too many issues.

I really like that it is a Smart Range. It shows you the preheat temps and alerts you when ready. I've only had it a short time, but looking forward to trying the air fry and convection features. I also like that the heating coils are hidden, although it takes a bit longer to preheat. And the fingerprint resistant surface is great. I am quite surprised how easy it is to keep clean.

3 convection fan motors in a year, soon a 4th

Every time we run the self clean the convection fan motor becomes loud. We are on our third motor under the 1-year warranty. The last time they said it was missing some insulation and that™€™s why the previous two motors had issues. Just ran the self clean again because the warranty is about to expire and it is louder again. It has been easy to schedule service but every service call requires two visits. One to assess the issue and order the parts shipped to us and another to install the parts. At this point I think it™€™s time they provide a new oven.

I am older and trust GE products but smooth tops are a pain in the ???. I was hoping a smooth top had improved over the years. We bought this stove, mainly because it matches our other fingerprint resistant stainless steel GE kitchen appliances. It was out of stock most everywhere so we bought it online at Plesser™€™s. Luckily, we got it in pristine condition. It looks sleek and shiny; the burners and oven seem to be in working order. The air fryer crisps tater tots up nicely. ;-) The glass top is easy to clean, but hard to maintain. We™€™re super careful with moving pots/pans and even still, there are a few tiny marks (scratches?). The clock beeps and the time disappears when I™€™m cleaning the display sometimes, which was a nuisance to keep resetting, but I discovered I can just leave it alone and it goes back to the time. We™€™ve only had it for less than a month; not sure what it™€™s going to look like or work like in a few years.

When I called support I was told the label was incorrect and he would review the company records and call m back next day. It has been over a month and I have not heard from anyone. As a matter of fact I have been trying to call because I believe I should get a refund. I am sure I was charged more because of the WIFI capability with is not functioning

The product is good. Heats up quickly. Much hotter than my last oven so still learning how to adjust temperature and placement. My biggest annoyance is this tiny constant electricity sound. Our first the sound was so loud I had to return it. This Tim I can only hear it when the house is quiet and standing next to it, but still annoys me.

Overall the stove and oven work well. It is replacing a 27 year old GE range that still worked, we just did a remodel. The unit doesn't seem to be as sturdy as the old one and the warming drawer below isn't as large even though it fills the same spot as the older model. I've used the Air Fry, regular oven and stove top. All worked well. I haven't tried the convection oven mode yet. I hope it lasts as long as the old one.

We like the air fry feature.

This range replaces a GE Profile range we had for 9 years and it is not quite the same quality as the previous one. The burner knobs were made of plastic vs. metal and the oven racks were stainless steel vs. the porcelain racks which can be left in the oven while self cleaning. When using the oven the start button does not engage right away -- we have to press it several times.

Stove top, pros: Aesthetically appealing, functional, great LED interior lighting, the versatility of the burners, the bridge zone is a great feature, convection bake is the bomb. Stove top, cons: Surface and surface edges easily scratch, difficult to clean food off surface. Took some getting used to the options and controls. Knobs are tricky to set and obtain the right desired temperature, either too low or too hot. When trying to use multiple burners, the surface isn't quite adequate to accommodate using nearly every burner. Oven, pros: LOVE IT! It air fry™€™s, bakes, and convection bakes to perfection. I like the large window and LED lighting. Oven, cons: I haven™€™t found any, thus far. This oven has spoiled me and my love for baking. Previously had a Kenmore Elite model and didn™€™t realize how underperforming it was until I used the GE Profile Convection Range. I would give this model 5 stars, however the stove top easily scratching is disappointing given the cost of the oven. I would purchase it again. We ended up exchanging this model for the double oven model.

After six weeks of owning this refrigerator, I can confirm that the design itself is great and that it is very spacious. However, the ice maker hasn™€™t worked since we got it and customer service to get it resolved hasn™€™t been swift. If it™€™s already having trouble upon arrival, I have doubts that one should make such a big investment in something that has, so far, been unreliable.

Poor fit and finish

Just arrived today. Haven't used it yet but not impressed with fit and finish. Drawer doesn't sit flush on one side and slides open on its own. There is a metal protective plate under the stove top which is visible between the stove top and the top of the over door. It was installed poorly and you can see waves in the metal. May update this review after trying the stove but I don't care for this, especially after paying more for "Profile"

Oven and stove are great but setting the timer, clock, and cook type are almost impossible because you have to push the buttons so hard. And don't forget the hearing aids to hear the timer alarm. You can barely hear it standing in front of it.

Waiting for the repairman to fix my brand new oven. The convection doesn't get higher than 200 degrees and normal bake just gets hotter and hotter as it goes.
