I could barely understand her. I was led to believe she would forward me to a technician but instead told me for $300 they could send someone.

I have owned this dishwasher for a little over three years. The AE error code will not reset. I purchased the dishwasher microwave range and French door refrigerator as a package over $6200. I have had issues with every appliance accept the microwave. I would have thought these appliances would have been better built than this.

I purchased my dishwasher and it was delivered January 2020. I t has been the best cleaning machine I have ever used. The problems that I have since it does not vent out of the front of the dishwasher the dishes stay wet. After it run it cycle I need to prop it open so the dishes will dry. People that come into my kitchen are surprised that the dishwasher is running as they said it so quite that they didnt hear it. Best purchase ever. I also at the same time purchased the French door refrigerator washer dryer during Black Friday. They all work great

Warranty not honored

Tub seam broke off. I have been fighting with customer warranty service for a month now. The tub has a lifetime warranty and they will not honor it. They do not have tub to send me so they want to try to give me a prorated amount back saying its depreciated in value. Lifetime means lifetime. Why am ai not getting a new or equivalent dishwasher???? Why am I needing to fight for a warranty you have??

Waste of money. Purchased April 2020. By July 2022 the drive motor went. We got it replaced but LG only paid for the part. We had to pay over $300 for it to be installed. Now Dec 2023 the heating element is broken. Will never buy another LG ever again. So we paid $650 plus $300 to fix it and now will have to pay for part and labor again all within 3 years? No thanks.

Quiet and very good cleaning

Ive had this for over 3 years now. It does a great job cleaning and runs very quietly so even though we can set a delay start for the middle of the night I dont mind running it during the day either. It has been difficult to get it to be perfectly level and that seems to affect its ability to properly start. Sometimes we have to open and close the doors several times before it will properly set. Also I would have gone with the controls hidden on the top of the door if I knew how easy it is to accidentally lean on the machine and have it chime and power on. Racks had several rust issues but they have a 5 year warranty and LG was quick to replace them at no cost. Very happy about that.

Overall good but takes a long time

This is overall a good dishwasher. It does take about 3 hours for a normal cycle to run. We have hard water and have to use a certain type/brand of soap or else it doesnt clean. We did have the motor on the sump pump go out and almost cause a fire. So it does the job but we are now wary of running it if we are not home.

Ive had this dishwasher for about 2 years. Beaten up no name washers at crappy apartments are about as effective but this one plays cute little songs. It also has WiFi so it can yell at me via the app when its done or when it needs cleaned. It also leaked so badly that I had to call LG support to send a repair man. Turns out the door wasnt 100 closed but we were still able to turn it on.

We keep it immaculately clean between cycles use dishwasher cleaner and always clean the filter. We have reached out to LG and theyll will not service the unit now the one 1 warranty is up. The control panel needed to be replaced within just one year of use and we are now waiting on a service person to most likely replace it again. Unit has ran approximately 300 cycles in the first 16 months of use and now is leaking out the bottom some where. We bought the home with all new LG kitchen appliances. Because the appliances sat unused for 18 months they LG said the warranty expired. I was told to call a LG service person and pay for it myself.

To insure that the dishes dry you must use a rinse-aid solution generic inexpensive brands work fine--e.g: Signature brand from Jewel/Osco. 2. Using the AUTO cycle function works well this cycle sets up the cycle to do a Night Dry automatically. I also use the DUAL CYCLE function to provide heavier washing to the bottom dish rack. 3. Once you set the buttons you want I like AUTO + DUAL-CYCLE the dishwasher remembers the cycle and settings as long as you have pressed START to use them--The dishwasher remembers these last-executed START settings. Only the START button sets the machine to use/reuse what was entered. Anything else you press is just playing with settings. It is okay to play but they are ignored until you START a cycle with them. 4. One User-Manual note: END of cycle --The machine is setup at factory to default to display END once the cycle is complete. It will continue to say end until you open the door -- I really like this feature. However... If by chance you hold down the HIGH-TEMP button for too long 3 seconds you will turn OFF this feature of displaying END at the completion of your cycle. Further the manual doesnt actually tell you how to turn this END-of-Cycle feature back ON--but if you hold the HIGH-TEMP button for the 3-seconds the dishwasher will display END again at the completion of cycle. Also the Manual does NOT tell you that holding the HIGH-TEMP button for three seconds will actually state OFF or ON to tell you whether your END of cycle message is OFF or ON My expanation may be a bit confusing but believe me that you will understand it if you somehow reset the ENDof cycle to not display. you wont know if you actually started a wash--and you spouse or partner wont know either. 5. Hang on to your manual printed copy but also download a PDF copy from LG the downloaded copy will help you do a quick search for an issue you might be looking to resolve. 6. If you call LG with questions dont count on technical support to give you much information more than what your manual already has. I would print of copy of my review especially Notes 1 thru 4 as you wont find the answers in the LG manual. Thanks for listening.

The adjustable tines on the middle and bottom shelves make loading different types of items a snap and the up/down adjustment on the middle shelf is so helpful The dishwasher is surprisingly quiet and cleans all of our dishes on the first pass while leaving all glass spot free. The top cutlery/oversized utensil tray is nice although it does limit the height allowance for the glasses tray other than that our only complaint is that it absolutely requires a rinse aid to dry thoroughly. Im assuming this is due to the efficiency but we werent used to this with our previous dishwashers so that takes some getting used to. But it does have a rinse aid reservoir so you dont have to add rinse aid every cycle. Once you figure out the nuances this will be a good addition to your kitchen.

Wow What can I say. I am so impressed with this Dishwasher. It washes my dished in a fraction of the time of my previous dishwasher and the dishes are so clean. We read to not wash off the dishes and just put them in the dishwasher. We thought it was crazy did it and was amazed at how clean and dry the dishes came out. I love the Internet connectivity where it alerts me when it is done and I can see how much time is left. I love the LG dishwasher. Out of all the dishwasher I have had ever had this is by far the best

Love this ultra quiet and very attractive dishwasher. We did an initial empty run through and discovered empty can make some noise BUT when we did our first full load and subsequent loads its so very quiet. Todays units run for a long time but are so quiet its easy to forget its washing dishes. The stainless tub quiet running and black stainless were big requirements but worth the cost. Follow the directions for use detergent and rinse products and you will be one happy camper with this LG product.

Cleans great Extra space Doesnt dry well

Bought all 4 of our appliances from LG about a month ago. It cleans fantastic I love the extra rack for serving utensils and silverware. It gives us much more room for other dishes. And its super quiet. I have 2 issues though. we constantly nudge the front control panel and turn the power on accidentally. they are very sensitive. And no matter what cycle I use even with the extra/night dry my dishes arent near as dry as my old dishwasher got them. I never used a rinse aid before. Not even in my detergent pac. I read on their site to try a pac with rinse aid and if that didnt work use rinse aid. Now I have to spend more money to get my dishes to dry properly? I havent tried that yet and I will but its very frustrating to buy a new high rated appliance and have to purchase another product for every wash to get it to work properly. My old dishwasher worked fine we are just remodeling. Just a little disappointing and doesnt make sense to me at all.

I have had my new LG dishwasher for a few weeks now and really love the way it is designed The third rack which i told my salesman I didnt think I would really use is now my favorite feature Its so convenient to have my silverware right at the top. Makes it easier to grab my silverware when it is finished and to put them away. It washes excellant and is easy to run. The black stainless steel is also smudgeproof and beautiful
