I bought 4 LG appliances 4+ years ago. Three of four have broke down. Including this oven. Oven has been broken for 4 weeks now and still is not repaired. Yes I filed a claim the day it broke. I will never purchase another LG appliance again. And I am telling others to run from LG.

I wanted a convection oven and this one was recommended by the salesman. Its easy to use and most importantly easy to clean. When I needed service LG was surprisingly easy and very involved with the repair service provided by an outside company. LG stayed right on top of the repair the until it was fixed

Our top broiler/heating element went out a few months ago. Went to have it replaced only to discover the wiring in the back of the oven was faulty and had burned completely through the protective coating. Furthermore the clamps that the top broiler plugged into or melted on to the broiler. we had this for less than three years and had to replace it as it was not fixable nor was the issue covered under warranty

Ive had this product for about 5 years now. I had to replace the fan motor after 3 years and now my oven preheats very slowly. Obviously everything will need repairs with time but I expected to not have to worry about repairs with lg for a bit longer than 3-5 years.

Have replaced the oven fan twice within 2 years and now the front burner comes on when the back burner is turned on. LG will not back their product they show no interest in the problem with the burners that itself is a huge burn hazard. Terrible customer service their appliances are not worth the money you pay for them. Would not recommend to anyone.

We bought this product 4 years and six months ago along with a 5 year extended warranty. Range totally died 6 months before the warranty expires. Only thing that works is the number 9. Everything else is totally dead. Two different people came to look at it and have yet to to anything at all. Neither LG or Lowes will stand behind either the product or their extended warranty. I would discourage anyone from buying this product or their extended warranty.

Broiler went out in less than five months

I bought my range 11/19 by mid 2020 the broiler went out and because of the pandemic and the fact that they couldnt get a technician in my area my warranty ran out but they extended it and finally found someone to come out and fixed it. FF November 242021 the right side eyes went out and the broiler would not go off and then halfway through my Thanksgiving meal the whole LG range went out and Ive been in contact with them every sense to no avail. I had to go buy another range so my wife can cook. Shame on you LH for handling my problem so Im professional. I own a Refrigerator and microwave and when they go out I will never purchase another LG product

Ive had the oven for over a year. It works pretty well. The convection functions are nice for making things crisper but not quite the same as an air fryer. A wire started to melt and smell in the back but LG customer support quickly got a technician out and fixed it. The stove top is pretty easy to keep clean though the burners dont all seem to function the same. Weve figured out which ones work for different pots over the time weve owned it.

This was the last piece purchased to complete our appliance upgrade. The convection oven is great it heats up very quickly. The burners heat quickly too. My only small complaint is the stove top is not easy to clean. It usually takes 2-3 times before it gets clean with no streaks.

I turned my oven on to preheat. It popped sparked smoked and black sut came out from the back. Its taken LG 2.5 weeks to even schedule to have someone come and look at it. The service is terrible. Apparently the product is a hazard. Now lets see what they do about the issue.

This range is the second one I had to get in three years. Worst quality I have ever had . Three months after purchasing the first one it shut doom us. LG was impossible to work with to get it fixed. After hours of conversation with Home Depot purchased store they decided to replace it with the new one. Know we have started to gather same problems with the second one.

I purchased this thinking it was a self cleaning oven. I have tried EVERYTHING to get the bottom of the oven clean and nothing works. Nothing will remove the baked on grease. It looks terrible. Also the black stainless finish started coming off and I had to replace the door.

Have had my stove for one year. Love proof setting on oven. Not happy with results from baking. Oven is 25 degrees hotter than should be Must set temp lower so items do not burn. Cleaning oven is not easy wish we had purchased self cleaning. Just too much time and effort goes into attempting to get it clean.

First the stove top is not easy to keep clean - it is not a smooth glass top. Rather there are tiny ridges or grids on the surface that are a challenge to clean. Also the digital controls are hard for me to press with my finger tips - I have arthritis in my hands and should have considered that when appliance shopping. The black stainless finish is gorgeous and simple to maintain - NO fingerprints

Ive had it for two years. The display goes off and on with working. Sometimes the buttons work sometimes not. Sometimes the oven will work sometimes not. I figured we would get at least four years out of it before issues started. The easy clean not so easy. You usually have to do it multiple times. The cook top gets extremely hot when making spaghetti for example once the water starts boiling you have to turn it down to 7.5 before adding anything or it will boil over... every. Single time. My top is basically ruined due to the first month of useage. The good thing.... It is big enough to handle my family of seven.

I purchased at end of 2018 didnt receive until Feb 2019. I havent had really bad problems until the ceramic on the inside of oven started flaking off in my food. Needless to say there wasnt a replacement range i could get. That one particular they do not male anymore. So i was bummed. However LG did help out and is giving me a prorated refund. So that helps some

I have had my range since May 2019. The oven works great easy to clean. The burners - faded. I have spots on the back of the range and the handle with faded spots. This is not covered under warranty. I have contacted LG and have not heard back.

I bought my oven about 6 months ago. I love the features and the look and I was hoping to love the performance. Unfortunately Im not happy with the way it cooks. It burns the outside of my food and the inside is not cooked enough. I have turned down the heat and tried different temps and then it takes double the time to cook. It has been a struggle.

This is a great looking oven works well and is easy to use. The controls require a bit more of a push to operate than you would expect. There are a few molding items in the front of our stove that are coming loose.
